03 Window intermittent problem

I sure could use some help. My daughter's 03 Taurus is having a intermittent problem with rolling up and down. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't, mostly it doesn't. When it doesn't, there is an audible clicking coming from the fuse panel - specifically the autodown relay.

I have replaced:
1. The relay
2. The window switch x 2
3. The door motor
4. Just swapped the GEM from a used 03

Anyone have any idea what I may have overlooked?

A common issue with the drivers door is an intermittent fault in the wiring from the body to the door. While trying to operate the window, flex the cable bundle and see if it changes the operation. You may have to disassemble part of the harness to check wires.
