I plan on being there again this year, always a good time. There's also an informal swap meet in the parking lot, some good deals can be found or bring your own to sell!

That's correct. You sign a liability waiver and vend in the parking lot. It's quite informal. Most people do it from their vehicles with a canopy setup or just on the lot.

Weather is a factor for how people prepare.

So no one pays any sales tax...

thats a bummer.. We were going to come up and try to hit the show after the louisville show on sat.. Is there a reason you dont offer a real vendor area for larger vendors who can not/or feel comfortable selling in the parking lot?

On the sales tax is doesnt matter if the vending is in the parking lot or not if the tax collector comes around you will have pay some taxes or worse. Now the risk of the tax guy coming around is slim to none but its always a possibility.

Not enough space indoors.

I must say that even though not giant in size, I enjoyed my time there. So much so that I forgot the vendors were outside! Thankfully I got a hold of some before they packed and found great DEALS :biggrin:n and met some nice people (hello Mike and Paul). Can't wait for the next one.

I made it today with several models, got some great deals from vendors too! Some awsome builds!
