a/c not working

1997 concorde I changed out a siezed up compressor last year also changed that filter block thing in the firewall I shot in an oil charge and a can of 134 but the compressor wont kick on. I tried jumpering the round plug with 3 wires in it near the bottom of the radiator, passenger side but the compressor still wont kick on. What should I do. Thanks
