1989 Supra 7M-GTE

Hello i am starting a project build on my 1989 Supra, i will be doing 95% of the work with my father who is a certified mechanic. I will be rebuilding the 7M-GTE, my expectation's are to make around 350+ whp. I do have a budget, but it is over time and upgrade when i have the money. My main priority at the moment is to rebuild the engine. So could any one give me a list of parts and a estimated price to hit 350 whp and a estimate price and list of parts needed on the engine rebuild.
And thoughts on this rebuild kit?

Anyone have any thoughts? Also thought i would mention i already have 550 injectors and the engine was rebuilt 70,XXX km ago any thoughts on if i should rebuild it again?
