S-10 wont start

My chev s-10 has been slow to start, now wont start at all, Cranks well wont start. Fuel pump and filter are good. replaced the cam shaft pressure sensor and the crank shaft pressure sensor. no luck, and ideas?

An engine needs 4 things to start and run,

Fuel- is fuel pressure up to spec- measure it with guage

Air- is throttle bypass, IAC open

Spark- do you have nice hot blue spark- tested with spark tester?

Compression- sure engine doesn't turn too easily? as in timing chain failure?

Year and engine size would be nice-my crystal ball says it is a 2.2L- with a sloppy timing chain-- but I've guessed wrong before.

it is good to give vehicle details....engine/yr/mileage etc...

squirt an ounce of fuel in the intake manifold see if it starts..take a plug wire off get old plug cranking engine blue spark ?

why is fuel pump/ filter good ? how did you determine this ? what was the pressures...also did the fuel pressure hold on ignition off cycle...

other items like a plugged exhaust can create a poor/no start..

the engine is a pump if it cannot exhaust it cannot suck in air/fuel...

need more vehicle info to see what other stuff or testing required

get DTC failure codes ..
