window and blinker need help

windows go down with door open and key in hand and the blinkers work. the truck is not running thanks

Some how power is getting to them. You didn't give us any info on what the vehicle is. With out that we don't have a clue as to what you are having problems with.

The 1997 Blazers have a common ignition switch problem. That is where I would start. I personally have never had trouble with mine on my 97 Blazer 4dr 4x4. But I have read a lot of issues caused by the ignition switches in 97. Why only 97 I have no clue.
