Custom Version of Honda Super Cub Fujimi 1/12

I decided to build the same Honda Super Cub as my friend Macio but as the custom version :)
http://i49.photobucket.com/albums/f257/grafit_photo/CUb/IMG_2159.jpg
I will try to rebuild my Honda like this one
http://i49.photobucket.com/albums/f257/grafit_photo/CUb/cub.jpg
http://i49.photobucket.com/albums/f257/grafit_photo/CUb/afs5282618808_df6e30595b_b.jpg
But I will not be reconstructed at the rear of the frame as was done in the above Honda. I stay with the standard version with a sprung rear wheel.
I started from the cut. This is I cut from my bike :)
http://i49.photobucket.com/albums/f257/grafit_photo/CUb/IMG_2207.jpg
but let's start from the beginning.
So it looks like a standard frame
http://i49.photobucket.com/albums/f257/grafit_photo/CUb/IMG_2161.jpg
http://i49.photobucket.com/albums/f257/grafit_photo/CUb/IMG_2162.jpg
I have to cut the engine mount and a box with air filter
http://i49.photobucket.com/albums/f257/grafit_photo/CUb/IMG_2165.jpg
http://i49.photobucket.com/albums/f257/grafit_photo/CUb/IMG_2168.jpg
after
http://i49.photobucket.com/albums/f257/grafit_photo/CUb/IMG_2176.jpg
http://i49.photobucket.com/albums/f257/grafit_photo/CUb/IMG_2177.jpg
http://i49.photobucket.com/albums/f257/grafit_photo/CUb/IMG_2179.jpg
I'll have to mill the excess material from the head cylinder.
I changed the front fork mount.
This is standard solution by Fujimi
http://i49.photobucket.com/albums/f257/grafit_photo/CUb/IMG_2173.jpg
http://i49.photobucket.com/albums/f257/grafit_photo/CUb/IMG_2171.jpg
I want to redo a mounting solution that is used Tamiya in most of their models of motorcycles

What a cool project!
That 1:1 is the absolute dogs b*ll*cks...so much so, that I am looking for a second-hand Cub to build a full-size one for myself! :)

Look in the net there is a lot of interesting modifications of this Honda.
It will be an additional inspiration :)
I started to modify the front fork
http://i49.photobucket.com/albums/f257/grafit_photo/CUb/IMG_21831.jpg
http://i49.photobucket.com/albums/f257/grafit_photo/CUb/IMG_21841.jpg
On my bike will not be front fender so I removed the mounting - red 1
I will change the way the wheel fixing. This is standard version
http://i49.photobucket.com/albums/f257/grafit_photo/CUb/IMG_2172.jpg
I'll use the axis and the nut so I cut the pin and plastic nut - red and green 2.
Plastic nut green 1 and 3 I will change for metal parts. No. 1 is too big.
From the inside I did plugs in accordance with the original
http://i49.photobucket.com/albums/f257/grafit_photo/CUb/KGrHqFiME2MMYPfgBNvVfYNo-_35.jpg
I removed the bolt which mount fender - green 4.
I also removed cap and I made such a specific hole with 2,4mm styrene tube - green 5

Continued work with a fork.
Fork glued together. I made such an overlay on top of the fork
http://i49.photobucket.com/albums/f257/grafit_photo/CUb/IMG_2230.jpg
after installation and initial treatment
http://i49.photobucket.com/albums/f257/grafit_photo/CUb/IMG_2231.jpg
http://i49.photobucket.com/albums/f257/grafit_photo/CUb/IMG_2232.jpg
I noticed that the fork of a set is different than at the motorcycle on which I was inspired.
So it looks fork from the box
http://i49.photobucket.com/albums/f257/grafit_photo/CUb/widelec1.jpg
and this is fork in this small chopper
http://i49.photobucket.com/albums/f257/grafit_photo/CUb/widelec2.jpg
I'll try to do something similar
