Coming out of winter storage

1992 Dodge W250 4x4, 5.9L gas
It starts, revs, but won't pull itself up the inclined driveway. The engine was fogged and the StaBil was added to the gas prior to storage. I have added Heet w/fresh gas and changed the TPS (which was needed prior to storage) with some improvement, but it stalls and occasionally backfires when trying to pull itself up the drive, even in 4 low.
Ideas?
