1999 Nissan Frontier Misfiring and showing code P0303 P0325 P0161 & P1336

Hello, My brother in law is having issues with his Frontier. It will crank and start to run fine then acts as if it's misfiring for a few seconds then it clears up and after a few seconds starts doing it again. It is showing the following codes P0303 P0325 P0161 & P1336. I know P0161 is an o2 sensor code but which one? Also how are these related together? The o2 sensor I believe was pre-existing. The other 3 started at the same time. Any thoughts or opinions are much appreciated.
