1991 2.3 help

Engine was running fantastic after tune up, plugs, wires, af, ff, pcv, ran superb for a month, then noticed slow drop in mpg over course of about a week. Stopped in for gas, and its running like crap. Tried changing wires again, replaced cracked coil, no improvement, it runs very erratic, smooths out a bit if I give it gas, idled good for 45 seconds, and coughs out and dies. Does it sound like fuel pump??

fuel or vacuum. Is it like a misfire or rpm's going up and down?

Misfire id say, bad one too.

But it does sound like its revving up and down too.
