Hello all, I am in the process of replacing the timing belt on my wife's '98 Neon w/ SOHC engine.
Anyway when I was pulling the crank pulley off I inadvertently cracked the outer timing belt cover. I called around to most of the salvage yards and one has one but they are going to charge me labor b/c the engine is still in the car.
I contacted the local dealership and they are going to charge me about 60 bucks for it.
I also contacted the local auto parts stores and no luck with them.
If anyone knows a reputable online parts dealer that doesn't charge an arm and a leg please let me know I've been searching and searching online as well and still no luck.
Thank you in advance for any input.
