DIC cause of problems?

I believe the fuse i looked at before was DIC/HVAC
and i pulled it temporarily to see my TCS work again,
but didnt know what bad things could happen so i
put it back in. Any idea what problems will happen
if i dont have that fuse in?

Can a DIC burnout and cause problems?

I have already replaced my Multifunction Switch to
solve a problem, and took a shot in the dark with
the Ignition Switch but that one just solved my heated
seat problem.

TCS and DIC dont work, and my door lights dont work

It is a 2002 GTP with supercharger
