S10 ABS Codes 63 & 14

I have a 1992 S10 4x4 Blazer Vin W with all wheel ABS. I have two codes 63 and 14, Im have a hard time finding what Code 14 is? And if anyone can help letng me now what wheel sensor code 63 is.

With just Rear ABS brakes code 13-14-15 says ECU malfunction/ replace ECU.

Rear w ABS no code 63.
4w ABS code code 63 is reset switch problem usualy you have replace EHCV
No ABS code 14 with4W ABS
