What would you think if you had a 2000 GP that had foot-on-the-floor brakes even after a master and four-wheel bleed, and pads all around? It'll stop right now, even go into ABS mode on dry pavement, but it goes to the floor everytime. Master is a 1 inch bore is that too small?

There is still air in the lines.

As Stealthee said you probably still have air in the lines or the master cylinder is bad. If you inadvertently let the master cylinder get too low when you were bleeding the brakes you may need to re-bleed the master cylinder before bleeding the brakes again.
