remote keyless entry

Hi,i have a 1995 k1500.i am having problems programing the key fobs.the rke wont go into programming mode.grounding pin g doesnt work.and until i get the driver side door lock rod back on the key cylinder i have to use passenger side door to unlock.also if someone could post a pic of the rke module it would help.i belive its in line with the gear selector.thanks
