P0141 O2 Sensor 2001 GP 3.1L

Hi all,

I seem to be reading conflicting information as to which O2 sensor this is. For a 2001 GP 3.1L, am I looking at the one near the engine or post catalytic converter?

Also, considering I have 176,000 miles would you guys also agree that it is likely a bad sensor throwing these codes?

Hi,

Bank 1: Same side where cylinder number 1 is.
Sensor 2: Downstream sensor (after cat converter)

Possible causes are the contact are corroded, inspect connector and repair as necessary. If connector is OK you might need a new sensor.
