what no Tamiya's new Lexus LFA? yet? anybody got one yet?

im asking as theres no finished models yet or work in progress

Patience! It's only been out for a short time!

I have one, I'm working on it for a magazine article, so can't show the progress photos here. So far, so good, I've got all major sub-assemblies painted and the body in primer. Looks mostly typical Tamiya...though the body needs a bit more work than usual as you have to glue in upper/lower scooped areas (the lower needs filler), and there are sink marks in the roof, hood, spoilers, front fascia.

The more I've seen and read about the LFA, I've been tempted to buy one, but haven't yet because I'm trying to hold down costs and build what I already have (which generally includes twos of everything since I can't choose just one color for a model!).

Ive seen quite a few negative comments about this car. I'm surprised cause I think its a stunning car!

That is a STUNNING car. Beauty is still in the eye of the beholder:)

Maybe now I see why there are negtative comments. I prefer the concept car :P
