Sounds like your Differential Pressure Feedback EGR (DPFE), aka EGR sensor, is faulty.

I'd suggest you check for vacuum leaks that would impact bank 1. Does the engine idle and run fine?

it misses of and on and idles up and some sometimes then it runs ok. bank1 would be???? and does not seem to be a vaccum hose leaking on there.... where else to look?

Bank 1 is always the side that has number 1 clyinder on it, which on a ford is the left side when facing the front of engine. Closest to the firewall. Have you changed any plug wires?? Is it wet or raining when misses at start up? Have you tried the car cleaner trick to find a leaking vacuum line? Cleasn the MAF sensor also.

I have not had a chance to cleanse the sensors yet. throttle body is dirty so i am assumming the idle air control motor is dirty and the mass air flow sensor also. i planned on doing that also... o2 sensor look like originals.... car has 195,000 miles on it... i mainly was wondering what would just effect bank 1 vaccum?
thanks
thanks

It wouldn't effect just bank 1. However, if you have a slow O2 sensor on Bank 1 and the sensor on Bank 2 is not quite as slow, that might explain the codes. Or you may have other issues besides a dirty air path.

ok looked and and all of those sensors were dirty so i cleaned them anyways... still have the same check engine light so im going to put plugs wires and pcv and spark plugs and fuel filter in it come pay day and see if that might fix it... then well see where to go from there

Did you clear the codes after cleaning sensors then running it until or if the check engine light came back on??? If not do so and see what happens, otherwise it will take a number of drive cycles if everything is ok to turn off cel.
