Key in Ignition problems

Earlier today, when I turned my car off, it got stuck and I couldn't turn it completely off. After a while, I got the key to go all the way and I was able to pull it out.

Later, I came back and the steering wheel was locked and I couldn't turn the key in the ignition to turn the car on. It was stuck at the same place, just on the other side.

I tried everything to get my steering wheel unstuck and I was able to make it move once, but it just got stuck again. The key was never able to be turned.

Can anyone help me?

It would help to post what year/model Regal.

i have relitives in waukesha and milwauke grandpa lives buy fair grounds but try a differant key and a little lube see if that helps
