93-97 camaro front end conversion

Hey my friend has a Camaro lt1 but likes the 98+ front end alot better. If he got a bumper with lights from a 98+, would it bolt directly on his 93-97 front end? Is the front end the only difference in the body styling? Thanks.

He would need, fenders, front bumper cover, headlights, and hood. It would be cheaper to just buy an LS1 Camaro than buy all these parts from GM. He might be able to find some of the body pannels at a junkyard.
