I have a 2001 Dakota, 2WD, 4.7L V8. It was running fine with no problems. All of a sudden it started missing and running extremely rough. I barely made it home. I had the trouble codes scanned and this is what they gave me

P0300 - Random cylinder misfire
P0301 - Cylinder 1 misfire
P0302 - Cylinder 2 misfire
P0304 - Cylinder 4 misfire
P0355 - Cylinder 5 coil
P0201 - Cylinder 1 injector

P0051 - Oxygen sensor heater
P0132 - Heated oxygen sensor bank 1 sensor 1 high voltage
P0136 - Oxygen sensor
P0138 - Oxygen sensor
P0152 - Oxygen sensor
P0158 - Oxygen sensor bank 2

P0500 - Vehicle speed Sensor

It is barely running, has a strong smell of fuel. Fuel pressure checked out at 50PSI

I pulled all of the spark plugs to get a better idea of what was going on in there and this is what I found
1- wet with fuel
2- wet with fuel
3- wet with fuel
4- dry but black
5- dry but black
6- damp but not soaked
7- damp but not soaked
8- wet with fuel

I am at a loss with this thing so I figured I would stick it on here and see what you guys have to think.

My guess is that either camshaft and or crankshaft sensor is failing or the PCM is failing. I would try disconnecting battery for a few hours, then start up to see how it runs and check again for codes. It seems like the timing is off to me.

Still working on this one. So far I have replaced the PCM with a new one, new crankshaft sensor, camshaft sensor, and one O2 sensor. Still same results.

Make shure it hasnt jumped time. Should be easy enough to check #1 plug at top dead center. Getting too much fuel which means you might have an air restriction also.
