NOS on ZC

Ok peeps, NOS, I have a D16A8 (ZC) motor, is a 50hp shot safe, what do I need to do to go with it?

50 is safe, wouldn't go much past that on a D series- their rods snap like twigs up it the 70's shot. What do you mean what else is needed? If you buy a NOS kit everything should be included.

Yeah full kit, but I take it Id need a new intake pipfor my induction, to replace the crappy factory rubber one?? I heard NOS isnt friendly to the rubber...

Well if you have enough money i'd get a direct port wet kit. Then you won't have to worry about it. I think they cost about 800-900 dollars but they are well worth it - much more reliable and has more potential.
