2009 Corolla A/C Heater not working

I have 09 Corolla with about 65k miles. The A/C & Heater are not working and the dealer said it's not under warranty anymore. Any ideas what it may be?

What exactly does not work? The fan? A/C not blowing cold air? Can't select floor versus dash vents? We need more detail before we can help.
