I have 2007 silverado new body style. I have been hearing a sligh clunking in the front end at low speeds, at least thats the only time i have heard it. Also when i take off and stop it kind of feels like there is a little play before the truck actually takes off. Does anyone have any ideas??

Could be a bunch of things. Does it sound like it could be coming from your steering column, because that would match the itermediate steering shaft clunk (unless the 2007 models missed this). Besides that could be numerous things suspension wise. Regarding the "play"... that could be the clunk too, there is excess play because it's a 4x4 (seems too much to me but GM says it's fine and it won't hurt anything). On my 2001 the yoke going into the t-case clunked.. every 2-3 oil changes I dropped the drive shaft and put grease on the splines, makes that clunk go away.
