2003 Focus power window collapsed

Hi all,

I have a 2003 Focus ZTW Wagon. I tried to put up the front passenger window yesterday and it made it halfway up before I heard this sickening CRACK and the whole glass panel fell into the doorframe. There was no ice on it, this is in Miami. This is obviously a major defect confirmed by the amount of internet listings for this problem, and is in no way confined to this particular Ford product. I'm starting this thread to hear from those familiar with the problem, and the best low-cost solution. I'm a mechanical engineer so I'm not worried about the labor involved in fixing it myself, I just dont want to buy what I don't have to. The cable/pulley system is intact, it's just the plastic window (bottom edge) carrier pieces that have broken. I'm sure there are e-bay fix-it kits, but I'd like to see some opinions/links. Thanks very much!
