I was driving my little brother to school this morning when this big a$$ turkey runs out in front of me (It looked like it was skipping.....) and I ended up hitting it at 55mph. When I hit it, it went up my drivers side front fender, smacked into my windshield, across the roof and onto the ground. Then the damn thing gets up and runs away. Anyways, my question is how can I get rid of the little scratches that the turkey left on my hood and roof?

How bad are the scratches? Im sure if they are "little" then you should be able to at least use touch up paint to cover them, but if you want them to look like new you'll have to have the panels affected repainted. That is unless it's just a minor not-breaking-the-paint scratch kinda like a little scuff, then you could probably buff it out.

NOS, if you can feal the scratches with your fingernail, they have penetrated the clearcoat...a.k.a., your screwed....There are delicacies in paint repair, which would take forever and a day to explain on here. The hardest part being finding paint that matches exactly. But were talking about cleaning, wetsanding etc......I will try to find a link for you and post here...
