Fujimi - Ferrari F430 Challenge

This is Fujimi's Bruno Senna version of the Ferrari F430 Challenge. Built out of the box, the kit went together well. The red, all the white and the black (on the roof of the car) were all masked and painted. I wasn't going to take a chance on the white kit decals being opaque enough to cover the red. Lot's of little things about the kit are inaccurate but the worst part to me is it should have slick racing tires. Easy enough to change if you want to sacrifice the tires from another kit. Makes a nice shelf model.

I recently finished a Fujimi F430 challenge but I made it street, fun build in my opinion. I love this livery and have never seen it before. Good job on this one

The masaking paid off, as ive seen people who havent masked off the body and the decals shown the paint through. Excellent build. :thumbsup:

bad ass, I have this kit in my collection...just one question...did you use the decals as templates for the masking, or eyeball it??

Thanks. I used the decals as templates to cut the masking tape to the proper size and shape.
