Towing package ? 1998

1998 Jeep GC

Looks like factory installed mopar hitch but I can't find any wiring. Took spare out but I don't have the access door. I dont think this was ever used to tow, had plastic plug in receiver that i had to bust out. looking to wire for occasional towing.

Don't have the access door?? All GC's have those. Look closer.
Seems to me that there's a trailer connector somewhere. Think about it. Why would it have a hitch without the wiring?
If all else fails, buy one of those plug-in wiring kits.
