Hello,
Venturi was a French brand (started as Ventury, then changed the last letter). It has been bought since then by a man in Monaco, Mr. Pastor. They are now concentrating on electric cars. You'll find some more info on what they displayed at the Paris car show 2010 at the below link.
The Fetish is an electric sports car that preceded by a long time the Tesla, but it is also a lot more expensive...
