2003 won't start

Left headlights on after changing bulb and checking to see if they worked, and battery went dead ... tried to jump it but now it almost starts, but just won't. It sounds like the fuel pump, but just replaced it. There was a clicking sound in the dash without the key in the ignition. Any ideas?

Try and listen to the fuel pump and just turn the key but don't start it and it should run fro about 3 seconds or so and also check the fuel pump relay take the relay from the horn and put in the fuel pump slot. hope this helps
