92 bonny fuel pump pressure?

When I turn the key in the run position without starting fuel pressure is 46. After it starts and is idleing it is 36. When I shut it off it is 30. Fuel pump time? The reason I am asking is it stalls under hard aceleration. Maybe throttle position sensor?

pressure is'nt that bad (41-47psi)
how about regulator whats the pressure with vacuum lines off(engine running)
