Hi. I recently completed my Mazda after spending 6 months of on and off. I've posted this one on the other forum but I have some friends only here and also I haven't posted to this forum for quite a while so I decided to post this one here on AF.
I built this mostly oob except for LHD conversion. Paint used automotive touch up paint for the actual color for the car. I built this as the US version including front corner marker lamps and window stickers and license plates of New York State. The reason I chose NYS was because that's where I enjoyed staying back in 2009.
Here're some pics. You may think the rims are too small and tires are too thick, well, this is my taste. I opted for 16 inch wheels as you can find on the actual car. I wanted to make it look tamer, with more of a touring car attitude rather than all out performance look.

Nice job on the dash man! Looks good all around. Wheel size is always subjective and never seems to look "right" anyway. At least they fill the wheelwells. Keep up the great work!

Thanks guys. The tires came with the wheel was useless so I kinda had to opt for another tires. I found those "Winter tires", thanks rsxse240, on Montero and decided to use it.
This is what you would likely get with the tires that came with the wheel.

It's like a lowrider, eh?
About the painted badges. I was going to use photo etched logos for the car but none of stores had them in stock. I've waited half a year but still, there's no availability. I didn't want the car to sit for a long time unfinished, so I kinda hurried my completion. It's just for temporary thing, I painted them with Enamels, so when I find photoetched badges , I just have to wipe them with a thinner and add the one onto the car. it's that simple.
Isn't LHD conversion a fascinating feature for ppl in America?
Anyway, thank you ;)

I've not built this kit, but I think the U.S. releases have an LHD dash in the kit. I could be wrong.

Hi. Since I haven't seem many of these being built outside of my country, I don't know if they include LHD but I think Fujimi didn't provide it as "RX-8 export".
Thank you, blubaja. Let me PM you later.
