rear side window push out manual

Ok we have a 2005 Dodge Grand Caravan. The rear windows have a latch that you pull our then push to open the window to vent. No problem. There seems to be three of them. 2 in the front top bottom. 1 in the back that has the latch. the front bottom one seems to be coming un glued from the widow. WTF this thing is glued on the first thing that came to mind. Then the rear latch the pin seems to be coming out which makes the glass kinda sag. I have a zip tie holding it currently. NICE. when driving you can kind of hear it rattle sometimes. So my fear is if i dont fix it its going to fall off some day. Question how hard is it to fix. do i just go buy new latches. Then how is it glued on. What do they use to glue it on with. I cant believe this piece of glass is glued on the car. Any advice will help before i start. i cant imagine taking it off and not being able to put it back. Im sure everyone would be happy. :mad: please helpsss
