Toyota Recall Issues

Dear fellow car enthusiasts,

I am currently conducting a Brand Audit Report for my university class and having always been fascinated by everything pertaining to cars since a very young age, I have decided to conduct the report on Toyota. This is part due to Toyota’s recent recall issues as well as my overall fascination with how Toyota has become such a successful company worldwide.

Part of the project involves doing simple surveys and I believe that there is no better place to get information regarding this subject then from some of the most knowledgeable people around this subject.
