4 door back seats

is their any way i can let my back seats down

that may not have been an option on the 88-89s - I can on my 91 DX...is there a lock in your rear deck? This is a lock to keep you from pulling on the seat release from inside the trunk.

If you don't have that lock, I suspect you don't have fold down seats :(
