Is there a turbo coming with it?

That’s a very open-ended question as many turbo set-ups can handle varying amounts of power. I believe you should have a set goal in mind and then ask “can my engine handle ____hp.” Ofcouse having your car tuned on E85 will increase the amount of power you can produce but you’d need bigger injectors. Your only limiting factor that I can see is the stock sleeves. Did you have a turbo and/or hp number in mind?
