Inventory Ad Posting

Hello,

My name is Jim. I work at a car dealership in the internet sales department. I have big pressure to boost sales with very minimal cost for advertising. One bit of advice given to me from a friend was inventory ad posting. I am looking around for some advice on what companies offer this service and which ones are best. If anyone can help me out on this I would much appreciate it.
