Hi, I just installed 4 brand new KYB AGX shocks, but the rear shocks are popping. When I jack up the rear of the car the shocks stay compressed for a few seconds and then the wheels pop down. It seems as though the shocks aren't working at all while driving. The fronts are working perfectly. I followed the install instructions to the letter, does anyone know what the problem might be? Has anyone seen anything like this before?
Thanks,
-Brian

How much is your car lowered? What setting are they on? Did you replace the mounts?

The springs are new Eibach Sportline springs. I tried all the settings and none of them made a difference.
I replaced the rubber bushings on the top of the shocks with new Energy Suspension polyurethane bushings. I did not replace the rubber bushings in the control arms.
I put the old tokiko shocks back in and they work fine with the new bushings, no problems.
Thank you for any advice or suggestions you have to offer.
