01 radio, tach, and speedo inop need help!!!

Having issue with my 2001 extended cab z71 5.3L V8. I was driving down the road and the radio, tach, and speedo just stop working. I got home and checked fuses and the radio fuse under the hood was blown and i replace the fuse and it immediately blew when i put the new one in. All other fuses are good i pulled the radio to see if there was a bare wire and found none. Any suggestions as to where to look next or has anybody else had this issue. Thx in advance!!!

who installed the radio ? this OEM or aftermarket ?
