car shaking

My car shakes really bad when im driving. Just started today when i left work. We just got about ten inches of snow. When im driving on snow, it shakes. When i hit pavement, it stops. Also i just had my tie rods replaced because the ends were shot on em, and i have fairly new front tires. What could it be? thanks

Well, my 2010 Regal 2.0T suffered the same problem. As long as the road is a little bumpy, I can feel shaking.
