hello all,
I'm new here and this is my current project, I will put a lot of photos at once to show you how far I came.
So up to photos :evillol:

it is a mini austin top chop with motor 1380, and bolt BMW K1100RS Weber carburetor 45.

it will also be equipped with a flip-front to admire the entire engine

for the appearance I was inspired in part thereof:

http://i65.servimg.com/u/f65/11/75/59/17/img_9510.jpg (http://www.servimg.com/image_preview.php?i=282&u=11755917)

http://i65.servimg.com/u/f65/11/75/59/17/img_9511.jpg (http://www.servimg.com/image_preview.php?i=283&u=11755917)

and for the engine that's some photos of what looks like gibberish that I put above the good engine it has kept its ramp motorcycle fuel but mine will be two instead weber :naughty:

http://i65.servimg.com/u/f65/11/75/59/17/24102010.jpg (http://www.servimg.com/image_preview.php?i=284&u=11755917)

http://i65.servimg.com/u/f65/11/75/59/17/sconli10.jpg (http://www.servimg.com/image_preview.php?i=285&u=11755917)

http://i65.servimg.com/u/f65/11/75/59/17/sconli11.jpg (http://www.servimg.com/image_preview.php?i=286&u=11755917)

So much for the picture project, we now turn to reality!

First I cut the 4 posts and then recut the tower roof 4 as

http://i65.servimg.com/u/f65/11/75/59/17/dscf4310.jpg (http://www.servimg.com/image_preview.php?i=287&u=11755917)

http://i65.servimg.com/u/f65/11/75/59/17/dscf4311.jpg (http://www.servimg.com/image_preview.php?i=288&u=11755917)

then I fill the spaces or it is missing and I spend the same time smoothing the body

http://i65.servimg.com/u/f65/11/75/59/17/dscf4314.jpg (http://www.servimg.com/image_preview.php?i=291&u=11755917)

http://i65.servimg.com/u/f65/11/75/59/17/dscf4315.jpg (http://www.servimg.com/image_preview.php?i=292&u=11755917)

http://i65.servimg.com/u/f65/11/75/59/17/dscf4316.jpg (http://www.servimg.com/image_preview.php?i=293&u=11755917)

So we move on to sanding and we go there with a good heart, then traces the grooves of door and here's the result I'll spare you the details of catch amounts to putty

http://i65.servimg.com/u/f65/11/75/59/17/dscf4317.jpg (http://www.servimg.com/image_preview.php?i=294&u=11755917)

http://i65.servimg.com/u/f65/11/75/59/17/dscf4318.jpg (http://www.servimg.com/image_preview.php?i=295&u=11755917)

http://i65.servimg.com/u/f65/11/75/59/17/dscf4319.jpg (http://www.servimg.com/image_preview.php?i=296&u=11755917)

good that's done, now we go to the roof, I first retrieve the roof of the mini Lazareth necessarily to be 2 and cut the two roofs into 4 parts then reassemble into one because the fact to lower amounts, you could see from the photos a little higher, you have to "expand" the roof but extensively up the pictures to see how it went:

is maintained on all four sides as the mini can

http://i65.servimg.com/u/f65/11/75/59/17/dscf4320.jpg (http://www.servimg.com/image_preview.php?i=297&u=11755917)

http://i65.servimg.com/u/f65/11/75/59/17/dscf4321.jpg (http://www.servimg.com/image_preview.php?i=298&u=11755917)

and finally assembles the two parts together :evillol:

http://i65.servimg.com/u/f65/11/75/59/17/dscf4324.jpg (http://www.servimg.com/image_preview.php?i=301&u=11755917)

the engine and now he 's not finished yet but I think being on the right track

hello,

so I'll just show you the inside and the little touch up the engine but I'll explain it in pictures :iceslolan

http://www.specialist-components.co.uk/cnb/shop/sconline?productID=97&op=catalogue-product_info-null&prodCategoryID=36

So here are some pictures of the little editing:

before

http://i65.servimg.com/u/f65/11/75/59/17/dscf4419.jpg (http://www.servimg.com/image_preview.php?i=317&u=11755917)

after

http://i65.servimg.com/u/f65/11/75/59/17/dscf4426.jpg (http://www.servimg.com/image_preview.php?i=324&u=11755917)

there's just the top right of the head as I sanded the 16 valves because her form was the form of 8-valve, so much for the explanation

http://i65.servimg.com/u/f65/11/75/59/17/dscf4427.jpg (http://www.servimg.com/image_preview.php?i=325&u=11755917)

a little less light and more details on WEBER 45

http://i65.servimg.com/u/f65/11/75/59/17/dscf4428.jpg (http://www.servimg.com/image_preview.php?i=326&u=11755917)

http://i65.servimg.com/u/f65/11/75/59/17/dscf4429.jpg (http://www.servimg.com/image_preview.php?i=327&u=11755917)

http://i65.servimg.com/u/f65/11/75/59/17/dscf4430.jpg (http://www.servimg.com/image_preview.php?i=328&u=11755917)

http://i65.servimg.com/u/f65/11/75/59/17/dscf4431.jpg (http://www.servimg.com/image_preview.php?i=329&u=11755917)

and yes it is a breech BMW

http://i65.servimg.com/u/f65/11/75/59/17/dscf4432.jpg (http://www.servimg.com/image_preview.php?i=330&u=11755917)

and up to the hoop as the true

but first to the hoop that is taken

http://i65.servimg.com/u/f65/11/75/59/17/dscf4424.jpg (http://www.servimg.com/image_preview.php?i=322&u=11755917)

more it is heated and a little

http://i65.servimg.com/u/f65/11/75/59/17/dscf4425.jpg (http://www.servimg.com/image_preview.php?i=323&u=11755917)

to give it I do not know yet if I will add bars or not :cwm27:

http://i65.servimg.com/u/f65/11/75/59/17/dscf4421.jpg (http://www.servimg.com/image_preview.php?i=319&u=11755917)

and it takes both parties to assemble

http://i65.servimg.com/u/f65/11/75/59/17/dscf4420.jpg (http://www.servimg.com/image_preview.php?i=318&u=11755917)

http://i65.servimg.com/u/f65/11/75/59/17/dscf4422.jpg (http://www.servimg.com/image_preview.php?i=320&u=11755917)

http://i65.servimg.com/u/f65/11/75/59/17/dscf4423.jpg (http://www.servimg.com/image_preview.php?i=321&u=11755917)

then are assembled to see if it works well

http://i65.servimg.com/u/f65/11/75/59/17/dscf4433.jpg (http://www.servimg.com/image_preview.php?i=331&u=11755917)

http://i65.servimg.com/u/f65/11/75/59/17/dscf4434.jpg (http://www.servimg.com/image_preview.php?i=332&u=11755917)

and adds body

http://i65.servimg.com/u/f65/11/75/59/17/dscf4435.jpg (http://www.servimg.com/image_preview.php?i=333&u=11755917)

then cover

http://i65.servimg.com/u/f65/11/75/59/17/dscf4436.jpg (http://www.servimg.com/image_preview.php?i=334&u=11755917)

and it goes! :runaround::runaround::runaround:

gone is gone for good "alcantara" placed on all seats

http://i65.servimg.com/u/f65/11/75/59/17/dscf4522.jpg (http://www.servimg.com/image_preview.php?i=354&u=11755917)

so here following the laying of tack with "leather"

back seat

http://i65.servimg.com/u/f65/11/75/59/17/dscf4524.jpg (http://www.servimg.com/image_preview.php?i=356&u=11755917)

then a seat, I do not put the other is the same as

http://i65.servimg.com/u/f65/11/75/59/17/dscf4528.jpg (http://www.servimg.com/image_preview.php?i=360&u=11755917)

and then gluing the leather on the upper

Front Seats

http://i65.servimg.com/u/f65/11/75/59/17/dscf4535.jpg (http://www.servimg.com/image_preview.php?i=367&u=11755917)

and the back seat

http://i65.servimg.com/u/f65/11/75/59/17/dscf4540.jpg (http://www.servimg.com/image_preview.php?i=372&u=11755917)

and

http://i65.servimg.com/u/f65/11/75/59/17/dscf4541.jpg (http://www.servimg.com/image_preview.php?i=373&u=11755917)

and the end for the full leather

http://i65.servimg.com/u/f65/11/75/59/17/dscf4542.jpg (http://www.servimg.com/image_preview.php?i=376&u=11755917)

http://i65.servimg.com/u/f65/11/75/59/17/dscf4544.jpg (http://www.servimg.com/image_preview.php?i=378&u=11755917)

http://i65.servimg.com/u/f65/11/75/59/17/dscf4546.jpg (http://www.servimg.com/image_preview.php?i=380&u=11755917)

then drilled 2 small holes in each piece

http://i65.servimg.com/u/f65/11/75/59/17/dscf4547.jpg (http://www.servimg.com/image_preview.php?i=381&u=11755917)

I glue two small rods into the holes in the headrest but I'm not stuck on the side of the seat to make it functional as a true

http://i65.servimg.com/u/f65/11/75/59/17/dscf4548.jpg (http://www.servimg.com/image_preview.php?i=382&u=11755917)

and assembled

http://i65.servimg.com/u/f65/11/75/59/17/dscf4610.jpg (http://www.servimg.com/image_preview.php?i=383&u=11755917)

http://i65.servimg.com/u/f65/11/75/59/17/dscf4611.jpg (http://www.servimg.com/image_preview.php?i=384&u=11755917)

and that's a nice leather that I can sell it more expensive :2cents:

hoping you like it :evillol:

thank you very much for the compliments and yes I'll try to put a red thread on as true and it took me about 3.5 hours to count them without the drying time for glue :banghead:

thank you and hello to all,

then these are small steps

a little inside:

http://i65.servimg.com/u/f65/11/75/59/17/dscf4613.jpg (http://www.servimg.com/image_preview.php?i=386&u=11755917)

http://i65.servimg.com/u/f65/11/75/59/17/dscf4614.jpg (http://www.servimg.com/image_preview.php?i=387&u=11755917)

and turn the roof now

it delineates

http://i65.servimg.com/u/f65/11/75/59/17/dscf4615.jpg (http://www.servimg.com/image_preview.php?i=388&u=11755917)

and cold cuts are

http://i65.servimg.com/u/f65/11/75/59/17/dscf4616.jpg (http://www.servimg.com/image_preview.php?i=389&u=11755917)

http://i65.servimg.com/u/f65/11/75/59/17/dscf4617.jpg (http://www.servimg.com/image_preview.php?i=390&u=11755917)

and is sanded a bit to make it clean

http://i65.servimg.com/u/f65/11/75/59/17/dscf4618.jpg (http://www.servimg.com/image_preview.php?i=391&u=11755917)

at first I had to cut the wheel because they were too far from reality so we could see inside the car when I opened the flip-front so as usual we scratch

http://i65.servimg.com/u/f65/11/75/59/17/dscf4619.jpg (http://www.servimg.com/image_preview.php?i=392&u=11755917)

http://i65.servimg.com/u/f65/11/75/59/17/dscf4620.jpg (http://www.servimg.com/image_preview.php?i=393&u=11755917)

but then again the wheel is stuck on deck

http://i65.servimg.com/u/f65/11/75/59/17/dscf4621.jpg (http://www.servimg.com/image_preview.php?i=394&u=11755917)

http://i65.servimg.com/u/f65/11/75/59/17/dscf4622.jpg (http://www.servimg.com/image_preview.php?i=395&u=11755917)

then we go to serious stuff

http://i65.servimg.com/u/f65/11/75/59/17/dscf4623.jpg (http://www.servimg.com/image_preview.php?i=396&u=11755917)

http://i65.servimg.com/u/f65/11/75/59/17/dscf4624.jpg (http://www.servimg.com/image_preview.php?i=397&u=11755917)

http://i65.servimg.com/u/f65/11/75/59/17/dscf4625.jpg (http://www.servimg.com/image_preview.php?i=398&u=11755917)

http://i65.servimg.com/u/f65/11/75/59/17/dscf4626.jpg (http://www.servimg.com/image_preview.php?i=399&u=11755917)

not bad at first saw no? and that is why I had to decline

http://i65.servimg.com/u/f65/11/75/59/17/dscf4627.jpg (http://www.servimg.com/image_preview.php?i=400&u=11755917)

then eventually clog it up reinforcements

http://i65.servimg.com/u/f65/11/75/59/17/dscf4628.jpg (http://www.servimg.com/image_preview.php?i=401&u=11755917)

http://i65.servimg.com/u/f65/11/75/59/17/dscf5010.jpg (http://www.servimg.com/image_preview.php?i=427&u=11755917)

then I will do so has also redo the deck of the engine

http://i65.servimg.com/u/f65/11/75/59/17/dscf5011.jpg (http://www.servimg.com/image_preview.php?i=428&u=11755917)

http://i65.servimg.com/u/f65/11/75/59/17/dscf5013.jpg (http://www.servimg.com/image_preview.php?i=430&u=11755917)

http://i65.servimg.com/u/f65/11/75/59/17/dscf5014.jpg (http://www.servimg.com/image_preview.php?i=431&u=11755917)

I made the small bracket that holds the clutch like this one

http://i65.servimg.com/u/f65/11/75/59/17/24102010.jpg (http://www.servimg.com/image_preview.php?i=284&u=11755917)

and mine

http://i65.servimg.com/u/f65/11/75/59/17/dscf5016.jpg (http://www.servimg.com/image_preview.php?i=433&u=11755917)

Then I decided to do my flip-front in another way

So I glued the cover on the wings into a single piece

http://i65.servimg.com/u/f65/11/75/59/17/dscf5018.jpg (http://www.servimg.com/image_preview.php?i=435&u=11755917)

and a small photo of the car without his flip-front

http://i65.servimg.com/u/f65/11/75/59/17/dscf5020.jpg (http://www.servimg.com/image_preview.php?i=437&u=11755917)

then again and again for news and still scratch, so I first made the ignition coil

http://i65.servimg.com/u/f65/11/75/59/17/sconli12.jpg (http://www.servimg.com/image_preview.php?i=440&u=11755917)

Then I attacked the throttle carburetors

http://i65.servimg.com/u/f65/11/75/59/17/lp100010.jpg (http://www.servimg.com/image_preview.php?i=438&u=11755917)

and here is what position he will

http://i65.servimg.com/u/f65/11/75/59/17/weber_10.jpg (http://www.servimg.com/image_preview.php?i=439&u=11755917)

well it still lacks the cables, then I'll just refine the rooms upstairs and down, but it must go through the first paint box

and the small tab located on the axis

http://i35.servimg.com/u/f35/11/75/59/17/dscf5010.jpg (http://www.servimg.com/image_preview.php?i=446&u=11755917)
