D16Z6 Head and block for $150. Good deal or not?

Seems like the best deal I've found so far.

What do you think?

When I go to check it out what should I look for?

Any major risks I could be taking by getting this head and block from a private individual?

Not too bad. Heads alone normally go for about that. I picked up a complete engine with everything for 300 from a private seller back a few years ago. Ask the history on it, check to see if it looks like it's been sitting outside for days. Make sure it has the vtec solenoid on the head!

Thanks. Usually when I buy an engine I buy something that was just pulled out of the car that way I know its the complete engine. Never bought from a private seller before.
