Actually, the D-series cam gears will not work. You have to get B-series gears for the ZC and have them milled down by a machine shop, since they're too thick. D series headers will work, although the ports do not line up exactly, but can be easily made to fit with an air grinder. The D series pistons will work, but the ZC has domed pistons for higher compression, and any other D series piston will reduce your compression. I haven't heard of a good source for these. For cams, there are a couple of companies that make them, but they are terribly expensive, I don't remember who. There is a rumor that I've heard around that the B16 cams work and give you a wild cam profile, but I haven't gotten ahold of a set to see yet. Check out Hybrid (http://hybrid2.honda-perf.org/tech/4gtech.html) and click on the link for the ZC for some really good info. This is the main resource that I use.
