Hi everyone,
Finally getting somewhere with this, other proj's on hold so I get this done for comp in 2 weeks.
Origonally a curbside kit,I've built all under bonnet from old kits and scratch.Started with 69 Camaro chassis, heaverly modified, motor is modified Mopar, made to resemble our local GMH "308" C.I.motor.Wheels and tyres are a mix.

Hope you like :)

Un-dirty word-believable! I love those classic Aussie musclecars. (Monaros in particular, but that's a whole different tale)

Astounding stuff Stump!

What kit is the body from? Is it resin or off a diecast? What scale?
Love the engine bay, the bright green paintwork is a matter of taste!

  ...if that was a women, i'd want to have sex with it ;)

Can you tell us some more info about the kit etc as i've been trying to track one done here in NZ.
All ive seen here is the Holden HK model which is very expensive to buy just for a body shell.

Hey, thanks guys, this has been a real labour of love(I've owned 4 of these and a hatch in my 1:1)
Been working on this re-build nearly 12 months,
Chrismcgee,most engine bay acc. are from parts box,brake booster,coil,water bottle for w/screen washers,clutch res.,wiper moter,charcoal(pollution control)cannister-front RHS is scrathed.
Motor had lots of mods to get it close, reshaped and bogged heads/rocker covers, heaps of filing/filling to my satisfaction...whew !
The front chassis consists of old inner guards(parts box)plenty of styrene and bogg(filler)
MidnightRacer,RallyRaider, the kit is made by Cavallier(Aus comp.)as a curbside,flat chassis,no detail,it's 1/25 scale but the original wheel/tyre combo looked like 1/28 ?
Pman, yeah I have the Monaro as well, waiting to do,but shit they're expensive here as well,I've paid $75AUS each, just for body basicly,
craazzzy hey....
I fitted the glass(cut from old kits)last night, will get some more pics up shortly......

cheers stump

Hell yeah, thats one sexy arse! I love it which shop did you get this beast from? How much, is there an online shop for it too? I plan on getting a 1:18 AutoArt SLR5000 model for my 16th this year. What are the bumpers like?
