today my 07 Camry original battery died, so it lasted 4 years and 6 months
I bought another battery at Costco right away, however Costco battery is smaller
now when I am staying on a red light I feel vibrations, probably because new battery is not that tight
what should I do?

Stop at a local auto parts store, and buy a wrench.
They probably will loan you one.

When fitting a battery, standardized battery application numbers are used to verify what battery group size (labeled on your battery) is the right one for your car. Your group size should be either 24F or 35 depending on your engine size according to this chart. Determine which engine you have and check this chart to see if they installed the correct battery: http://www.toyota.com/pub-share/pdf/Battery10-11_fin.pdf If it's wrong have Costco correct their error.

From the chart RIP provided it looks like your car can use the 24F, or as an option the 35. In my area Costco does not install the battery for you; they only sell them. If you are going to try to retighten everything yourself, you will need a 10MM wrench. If you have to remove the battery cables for any reason, remove the negative cable first and reinstall it last.
Also, if the battery provided is not tall enough go back to Costco and see of the offer a free adapter for your battery and car combination. It's just an extra spacer that goes on top of the battery. What I have done in the past if a battery is just a bit too short is to get some 1/2 vacuum tubing or even an old worn out garden hose and cut about two 3-4 inch length segments and then slit them open all the way lenghtwise with an exacto knife or a sharp scissors. Then remove the hold down and put the 2 cut pieces under where the hold down contacts the battery. Then retighten the hold down. This can be done without removing the battery cables. Just be certain not to touch the 2 battery teminals/posts together with anything metal. This is really pretty easy to do.

Your Camry needs to learn your driving pattern. Keep driving and you will see improvements (of course if your battery is the right size).
Good luck,
