81 Toyota intermittent starting problems

My 1981 manual toyota pickup has had a problem recently when it comes to starting. When I turn the key Im getting no response at all. Normally the voltage gauge inside the cab will show voltage but nothing is happening. Also the starter is not making a clicking noise so Im guessing it to isnt getting power. And not even the headlights or blinkers will turn on. This happend roughly a month ago and magically a couple days later the truck started right up.

What ive done for troubleshooting so far. I know that the battery is fine Ive tested it and its good. There isnt any corrosion on the cables or terminals. Ive taken the starter out and had it tested and there isnt anything wrong with it either. I even checked the connections going from the ignition down into the starter to see if there were anything disconnected and there wasnt.

Need some advice to see if anyone can lead me in the right direction and if anyone else has had a similar issue??

Have you checked the ground cables too?
