passport issues

I have a 2001 passport Owned it for 8 years and well kept.Recently when i go to accelerlate it will run rough,like it has went to 6 to 5 cylinders.If i apply the gas smoothly it will run fine.When i apply the gas a little harder it runs bad and does the same if i am going up hill.I do all of the work on this car myself but this has me confused.Replaced coils,plugs,injectors and seals,fuel filter and still not running well. If there is anybody out their that can help me,please do.

Hello boerstler, are you getting any check engine light ?
Have you ever cleaned out your egr tube behind the throttle body ?
mine was plugged up one time and caused similar issues.
