Engine Swap

Blew the motor in my 97 tour gl. Have to replace motor and was wondering if a 2.5 liter v6 would fit into where my current 2.0 liter 4 cyl is? Of course it would be from a 1997 contour gl. I know that there are 3 different motors for that model and heck, if I gotta replace the motor, why not go with a bigger one if it'll work. So that's my question. Thanks
