1998 Malibu rough starting

So my 1998 malibu 3.1l is rough to start after recent cold spell. had code for cam position sensor so replaced that. also replaced fuel filter, pcv and fuel pressure regulator. have run one bottle of cleaner as well but still starts after few cranks then surges then drops in rpms then runs liek a champ. any ideas??

I had that problem with my Cavalier. I know its not the same car. I noticed it after they put salt on the icy roads. I put in a new set of plug wires and the car runs like a champ now. I think salt spray on the plug wires might be a problem.
