b18 question?

i recently got 2 18a engines for really cheap, and i was wondering about which tranny to go with. my brother has the ys1 i think with his ls, but im not sure. all i kno is that thing is pretty quick. but i was also told that if i go with the ls tranny it would be better for turbo which i plan going with by the end of the summer. if anybody has any links or info on which tranny to use that would be great. thanx
